ALEXANDRA STOKES
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist, I help athletes fuel their bodies to optimise performance and recovery. I provide up to date, evidence based advice to improve health and wellbeing, together with practical strategies to facilitate sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes. I have experience working with VFL level athletes as well as in acute and sub-acute hospital settings. I am also a trained ISAK level 1 Anthropometrist and Monash FODMAP Accredited Dietitian.
With a special interest in performance nutrition, women’s health and fuelling team sport, I will help you take the guesswork out of nutrition and achieve your goals.
